I am a Gen Z! a factor that gives me keen insights into the realities and dynamics that influence youth in today's society and interconnected global world. I welcome their the natural capacity of youth to wonder, question, and explore. These are intellectual curiosities that enable youth to take informed action as a fundamental part of their adolescence development and early foundation for intellectual freedom, honesty, and integrity – traits that drive idealists and visionaries who have shaped our world.
SOF SKILLS MATTER.
My academic and professional concentrations enable me to make sustainable contributions to the transition from single to multidirectional and interdisciplinary programming in the arts and humanities, as well as serve as a youth instructor, mentor, and supervisor through experiential learning.
My soft skills competencies, including socioemotional intelligence, analytical problem-solving, collaborative teamwork, and effective and transparent communication, contribute to a conducive and healthy work environment.
Jah Kente International offers Work-Based Internship, which is inherently Project Based on real task.
Soft Skills are applicable across occupations. They enable employees to succeed in a work environment and in interpersonal interactions. Therefore, soft skills are relevant to all interns -from Advanced Internship Placement, Career Readiness Internship that are Career and Technical Education, to Project Management in different categories within Community Creativity Activity Services.
Soft Skills are not standalone projects on themselves. They are expected to be embedded and demonstrated in hard skills projects. So, we always emphasize the difference.
My organizational abilities promote program efficiency by strategically utilizing resources, streamlining operations, and boosting outcomes, and eliminating waste, and redundancy.
